Founded in 1993 by the late Professor Lawrence Mukiibi, London College of St. Lawrence has grown from a single vision into one of the most respected secondary schools in the Maya region, situated along the Masaka Road in central Uganda.
We believe every student carries unique potential. Our role is to create the environment — intellectually rich, morally grounded, and deeply caring — where that potential is discovered and developed into excellence.

A man of remarkable intellect and even greater character, Professor Mukiibi dedicated his life to the belief that education is the most powerful investment a society can make in its future. He built this school from the ground up, guided by principles of integrity, hard work, and service.
Though the late Professor is no longer with us, his legacy endures in every student who walks through these gates, every examination passed, and every value upheld. London College of St. Lawrence is his greatest gift to the community of Maya and to Uganda as a whole.
His memory continues to inspire the school's leadership, staff, and students to maintain the high standards he set — pursuing excellence not just in academics, but in character and purpose.

Mrs. Galabuzi Rose Kintu is the dedicated Headmistress of London College of St. Lawrence. A passionate education leader, she is deeply committed to academic excellence, discipline, and holistic student development. Under her guidance, the school promotes hard work, innovation, and good character. She works closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a safe, motivating, and inspiring learning environment.
